Love this toy. I read lots of reviews before choosing this one. The extra jets on the front are very helpful, as well as the flexibility of steam settings. I only gave it 4 stars because: 1.) the mop portion is bulky and doesn't get under cupboards, etc very well. This is where the steam jets are especially helpful; and 2.)THE BONUS CLOTHS DO NOT work with this product, as I was lead to believe, and are a different brand. I do feel the cloths could be better made. I do wish I had gotten this and the cloths separately. But the mop was so worth it.

I actually bought this steam mop for my mother since she loved mine so much. I own the shark steam mop which is pretty much the cheapest in its class for a reason. My biggest complaint with it was it was flimsy and only pushed the steam out in the very middle. Also, I since I have an infant I mop daily and two pads run out quickly. When I saw this product I was sold! The Monsters 5 bottom steam jets and unique front steam jets sold me, plus it came with extra pads! The front stream really seemed to help break up stubborn dirt or spills and the construction seemed very durable. It heats up quickly and keeps going much longer than the Shark.The cons of that I have discovered is that it is quite a bit heavier...unavoidable if you want a steam mop that you dont have to refill every 10 minutes. Also, the cord is surprisingly heavy too...I guess that would indicate better quality but it almost seemed unnecessary. Also, I think steam mops in general get more credit than they deserve. I love them because its chemical free and nothing says clean like steam! Its really unrealistic to think its going to cut through thick grim and sticky food like the infomercials show without a little elbow grease. I'm still waiting for someone to come up with the steam mop with a scrubber on it. That would make this product perfect.Overall, We both are really happy with this product and I would rate it in the top of its competitors. I am seriously considering investing the money to buy myself one as well!

I have tile in my kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway, bathrooms, and entryway.Pros:- Takes 15 minutes to read the instructions and put together.- Easy to fill - it comes with a cup with a convenient spout, though, I used my own small funnel to make pouring even easier.- Heats up really fast 5 minutes or less with room temp water.- Instructions say the inside of the boiler doesn't need to be cleaned if you use distilled water.- No chemicals are needed.- Cord is long enough to clean a large area from one plug.- My floor didn't make my socks dirty after I was done mopping, so it was really clean!- Really fluffed up my shag rugs.- Less messy than normal mopping because floors dry faster and there is no splashing or dirty water.Cons:- The handle is plastic - the trigger for the front steam works well, but the handle seems kind of flimsy, I expect it to break before the rest of the appliance does.- It doesn't fit under counter edges very well because the boiler is on top of the mop head. The position of the boiler helps make the steam as hot as possible, and it is very hot. The front steam jets can be used to steam under the counters and then wipe up or vacuum later.- Might not be able to deeply clean carpets - My rugs do not look clean really, just fluffy, after using a full tank of steam on them. Maybe it will take a few cleanings for them to improve. (To clean carpets you have to first steam them and then vacuum.)Things to keep in mind:- This is just a mop, you have to vacuum first to maximize cleaning.- No "clean floor" smell because you're not supposed to use chemicals with it. It's worth it though!

I love that the Monster EZ1 steam mop allows me to feel confident in cleaning without any chemicals. My version came with the carpet glider and it's handy, but don't expect it to clean carpeting. I do believe that it kills dust mites though - truly the reason why I even considered this. The tank is well constructed, the cord is nice and long - but the handle's flimsy. After putting it together, the front steam did not work. I looked in the manual and found that there was information on this problem (from the manufacturer) and you have to call them. (If they know this is a problem - why not just fix the issue?) Overall, the product lives up to my expectations (I never really expected it to do all the manufacturer says it will.)

researched for weeks online and in stores for a steam mop, as most of my house is wood or tile. I could not be happier with my purchase. Here are the reasons why i finally chose the Euroflex Monster: 1) It was actually designed to be used on hardwood floors - this was important to me b/c I didn't want to ruin the floors in our house 2) It has 2 different steam levels, which makes it safer and more effective at cleaning tile and hardwood. i could not find any other steam mop w/ 2 different steam levels. 3) it has a good sized water chamber. i can mop the whole house on one filling if i don't press the trigger too much to get extra steam to come out the front. 4) steam jets on the bottom AND front. i don't remember seeing this in any other brand. 5) it heats up hotter than most steam mops - to 240 degrees F. Other steam mops don't get as hot so to actually sanitize you are supposed to hold the mop in one spot for 15 seconds, which would make mopping a house an all day event. 6) it also has an attachment for steam cleaning carpets - i have not tried this yet, but liked the feature. 7) the bonus pads where a great bonus. It has been great at cleaning well and quickly. It really does wipe away grime... even grime that's been there for a while. The pads are machine washable and come out clean every time. Be sure to use distilled water so that you don't get any build up in the chamber (that goes for all steam mops). My only complaint is that if you do have to refill the water chamber mid-cleaning session, you have to wait to 5 mins unscrew the cap (b/c of steam escaping when you unscrew the cap)and then another 5 mins for the mop to heat up after you put more water in the chamber.

I absolutely love this cleaner. It's easy to use., my floor are amazingly clean, the extra floor pads that come with make it easy to keep using as you just wash one and stick another on. The cord is actually long enough so that you don't have to keep replugging in and it cleans so well and on only 2 cups of water I can clean my house twice. A must if you live in rainy Washington state and own dogs!

I researched online which brand to purchase and decided on the Monster because it had consistantly high ratings on this and on other sites. Most of my first floor is hardwood and ceramic tile. I've been using the Hoover Floormate for the 4 years since this house was built. This steam mop does a slightly better job on the ceramic tile than the floormate did and is 100 times easier to use, plus I love the fact that it doesn't use any harsh chemical especially since I have young children. It got up sticky, ground in food from the kids in just a few swipes and doesn't require me to press very hard. I tested with a Chlorox wipe, the wipe was pure white on the area I had been over with the Monster and moderately soiled on the tile where I had not yet used the Moster.The wood floors have never looked better - incredible shine and no streaks. I noticed the biggest difference in my entry foyer, we had 25 people here last night and the area where everyone had piled their shoes looked dull (no shine whatsoever) and grimy. After 2 passes with the Monster it looked better than I've seen it in years. AMAZING!!!!!! I actually was sad when I was done and I can't stop admiring my floors. My husband thinks I'm insane to be this excited over a mop, but he does admit except for the few scratches, the floors look new.My order was shipped from Amazon partner DBROTH, I placed my order Thursday and was so surprised to receive my mop today (2 days later). Great, fast service.Bottom line: super easy to use, incredible clean, quick, and feels sturdy. Wish I had brought this years ago!!!!.

After alot of back and forth thinking, I finally bought the monster steam mop.I cannot be happier to have spent the $125, to get it and have it sent to me in Hawaii.I love it, love it, love it! I have had the shark, swiffer, and another floor scrubbingmachine and none have cut my cleaning time like the monster has. I have 2 big dogs (70pounds each) 2 kids and 2 cats so my house runs a muck pretty quick if I dont keep myselfmoving and keep things clean as we go along. My dogs have a room all to themselves, wherethey spend a good deal of time when it rains because we have a house full of white speckledtile (army's choice not mine lol). The dog room gets really muddy and thanks to Hawaiianred dirt it even gets heavily stained sometimes, so I need to get that floor truly clean.This mop does exactly what it advertises, it cleans and sanitizes and does it faster andvery well. It usually takes me about an hour and more cleaner than anyone should have toendure to get that floor looking as good as I like it, but thew monster had it done in 30minutes flat and didnt leave the floor soaked in water that would take 20 minutes to dry.The floor was dry within 60 seconds of the monster finishing in an area, this for me atleast, is a very big bonus because now I wont have to wait 20 to 30 minutes to let thedogs out when the floor is drying! This also means its less likely that my adorable little2 year old girl will be tracking water and dirt across an area that ive just cleaned, andas any mother would I love that.The only things I would like to point out is that the pads that come with the monster cansometimes stop picking up the steam droplets, but Im chalking that up to the fact that itmay well have done some good to wash the pads once before use. The other thing is thatunlike shark steam mops this steam mop has to sit a little bit before you remove the capto refill it, however Im going to say that I think this is actually a good thing becausethe steam pressure under the cap is what causes the high temp and consistent steam thatmakes the mop so good. The cord was long enough that I was able to plug it into my kitchenoutlet and mop all the way to the back door, so I didnt have to move the cord around toget the rest of my floor and allow extra time for the green light to come back on sayingthe mop was ready....thats fantastic. Although the first go with it used 5 of the 7 padsI have no issue with that after owning a swiffer for so long, because now I can just tossthe mop pads into the wash and an hour or so later, hit another large area. This is sonice compared to wasting over 4 dollars a box on swiffer wetjet pads. Im so happy with theoverall performance and cleaning power of this mop I will be purchasing another 4 to 8mop pads for it, because I know it will do a great job every time.By the way...Ive read some reviews about this mop that say the handle is too flimsy, andwell i dont think it is. Once youve gotten used to the motion you have to do with the mopto keep the steam going, you will see that the handle is made very well and unless you arepressing or pushing down on the handle and mop you shouldnt have an issue. I didnt have toput any pressure on this mop, it was literally push and pull and it glides over taking themess with it as it goes. For the $120 you pay, you totally get your moneys worth..

I bought this item last year and have been using it regularly. I like it a lot. I wish it had a bigger water tank, so I did not have to stop using it just after cleaning half of my floors, wait for it to cool off, and then fill it, wait for it to boil, and then start all over again. If you have larger than 1200 sf of floor, forget it, you have to fill the water tank at least 2 times, depending how many times, you will use the sprayer..
